Training your employees is one of the most important factors in your business. An employee being trained correctly can be the deciding factor whether they can produce and be a valuable employee in one month or three. Having a great employee training program increases your productivity, which ultimately increases your bottom line. So, how do you make sure they are trained correctly before they start their job? One great vehicle to use is video training materials. Videos have a higher retention rate, which means your employees pick up the information they need to know quicker. Using the V-Story to train your employees benefits not only you, but your employees because they can be valuable employees faster.

Key Benefits

  • Train your employees faster.
  • Have your employees understand you better.
  • Have your employees retain information more effectively.
  • Have a training program that won’t get lost in a sea of papers & documents.

Our Process

Step 1

First, we have a strategy session where we learn about your company and look at your existing training materials. We then send you a brief questionnaire to fill out so we can learn more about your company and how you train your employees. We take these items and develop a script you want to communicate to your employees to get them on board faster.

Step 2

Second, you will come to our high-tech studio to shoot your V-Story. You will read the script in front of a video production environment and we will help you look great and speak in a clear and concise manner. We can use different background and amazing effects that will help you have innovative training materials and separate your company from your competitors and your employees will love.

Step 3

We will take this raw footage and edit it to the final video(s). For training materials, you want enough substance, but not to drag along saying the same thing over and over again. Retaining the message and keeping your employee’s attention span is key. Using effects along with our knowledge will enable us to create employee training materials that will help your employees understand the company and their particular positions better.
